Who We Are

Mission Statement

We were established for the purpose of being the platform in providing a reliable outlet for supporting domestic and international non-profit organizations (or those in need), as well as a trustworthy bridge to insure that resources given will be utilized appropriately.

Grain of Wheat recognized that established non-profit organizations struggle to meet the needs of those they serve, and are not equipped to make their needs known to a larger donor population as they themselves live in abject poverty and rely heavily on others to help meet these needs.

It is the ultimate goal of Grain of Wheat ~ Dying To Live to raise awareness of those in need globally, and promote human dignity worldwide by meeting the needs of the non-profit organizations and those who serve them. The first step to raising awareness is knowledge that a need exists and then bringing the knowledge of that need to the public.

GRAIN OF WHEAT – DYING TO LIVE believes every man, women, and child, regardless of country of origin should be given the opportunity to have the basic of all human necessities met.

VISION STATEMENT

The vision of GRAIN OF WHEAT ~ DYING TO LIVE is that every organization would have all the resources they need to accomplish their mission and promote human dignity worldwide.

Our desire is to bring Love, Hope and a Better Future by reaching beyond borders to provide the basic of all human needs. Often, these needs are met through the tireless efforts of Non Profit Organizations. Many of these organizations struggle to meet the needs of those they serve, and they are not equipped to make their needs known to a larger donor population.

In order to raise awareness of the needs of these organizations, Grain of Wheat ~ Dying To Live would personally visit each partner organization. This face-to-face encounter would allow GoW to accurately assess and prioritize the need for resources and determine the most appropriate way to not only bring awareness but also to insure funds and resources are distributed accurately and swiftly to those in need.

Once the need has been assessed and an action plan created, Grain of Wheat ~ Dying to Live would then serve as a platform for the organization, amplifying it’s voice and allowing donors the opportunity to give. Donors could give knowing each organization had been fully vetted and any donations would be stewarded appropriately
